Naming the kind of work first tells you which instrument to reach for — and stops you reframing when the real trouble is somewhere else entirely.

Under the hood, the four families are the operator and the three modulators of the underlying model: what we're looking at = the active operator (Π); how we weigh it = evaluation (T/F); what we anchor to = stabilization (I/E); how we're organizing = organization (J/P). Every facilitation move changes exactly one of them — and none of it requires typing a single person.
